How a Praxis Hall Course Is Structured
Recorded Lectures
Pre-recorded sessions are available on demand throughout the course window, so you engage at times that suit your schedule rather than a fixed slot.
Written Exercise
Each course centres on a structured written exercise — a drafting task, an analysis or a briefing template — because writing is where legal thinking becomes visible and can be developed.
Live Discussion & Closing
At least one live session per course brings participants together to discuss exercise approaches. A closing reflection rounds out the learning before the participation record is issued.
PH-101
Single Course Enrolment
Duration: 4–6 weeks | SGD 175
One-off enrolment in a single short course from the published catalogue. Courses cover legal writing, drafting clarity, knowledge-management practices for in-house teams, regulatory horizon-scanning, plain-language drafting, internal training design and operational reporting for legal departments.
- Mix of recorded lectures, live discussion and a written exercise
- Discussion board access for 30 days after the course closes
- Printable bibliography for further independent reading
- Participation record issued on completion
Best suited for:
Practitioners who want focused development on a specific skill area without committing to a full year's membership. Useful as a way to sample the catalogue before deciding on an annual pass.

Annual Course Catalogue Pass
Duration: 12 months | SGD 520
A twelve-month pass providing enrolment access to every short course in the catalogue, with new courses published quarterly. Designed for legal professionals managing their own ongoing learning across the year, with tools to track progress and document what they have covered.
- Priority booking for all live sessions across the catalogue
- Access to the full recorded lecture library
- Downloadable handouts for every course in the catalogue
- Private member directory for peer connection
- Personal dashboard tracking enrolment and reflection notes
- Year-end learning summary suitable for manager sharing
Best suited for:
Practitioners with broad professional development interests who want flexibility to dip in and out of the catalogue throughout the year without making per-course decisions. Also well-suited to those building evidence of ongoing learning for performance review purposes.
PH-301
Departmental Cohort Programme
Duration: 12 months | Teams of 5–20 | From SGD 1,090
A bespoke shared learning track for in-house legal departments. The programme is tailored to the department's chosen themes, draws relevant modules from the catalogue and overlays them with cohort calls, internal discussion threads and a closing presentation in which team members articulate what they will apply in their day-to-day work.
- Bespoke programme scoping conversation to set themes
- Named programme coordinator managing all logistics
- Scheduled cohort calls and internal discussion threads
- Quarterly progress reports for department leadership
- Year-end review session included
- Closing team presentation session
Best suited for:
In-house legal departments of five to twenty staff who want a shared learning rhythm across the team. Particularly useful for departments where the head is building a case for learning as a team-level priority, or where the team spans different specialisms that benefit from a common knowledge baseline.

Standards
Shared Across All Three Formats
Data Privacy — PDPA Compliant
All member and enrolment data is handled in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act. We do not pass personal data to third parties without explicit consent.
Editorial Review Before Publication
Every course goes through a structured accuracy and relevance check before it opens to enrolments. Participant feedback is reviewed and incorporated in subsequent updates.
Clear Scope Statements
Each course description states explicitly what the course covers and what it does not — so enrolment decisions are informed and participants arrive with accurate expectations.
One Business Day Response
Enquiries from individual members received during Singapore business hours are responded to within one business day. Cohort enquiries receive a full programme outline within two to three business days.
Quarterly Catalogue Review
We review the full catalogue every quarter and retire or update courses that no longer reflect current practice standards or regulatory context.
Peer Discussion Included
Every course includes a discussion board that remains open for thirty days after the course closes, allowing participants to continue exchanging perspectives after the live sessions end.
