We do not collect sensitive personal data (such as race, health information or financial account details) through our standard services.
Legal bases for processing (PDPA, Singapore): We process personal data on the basis of your consent (where obtained), performance of a contract with you (enrolment and service delivery), and our legitimate interests (improving our services, communicating with prospective members).
Data retention: Enrolment records are retained for five years after the conclusion of a course or membership. Contact and enquiry data is retained for two years. Website analytics data is retained for thirteen months. You may request deletion at any time subject to legal or contractual obligations.

- To process course enrolments, manage memberships and administer cohort programmes.

For departmental cohort programmes, we provide quarterly progress reports to the designated department lead. These reports contain aggregate participation data and do not include personal correspondence or individual exercise content without participant consent.

- Personal data is stored on servers located in Singapore or comparable jurisdictions with equivalent data protection standards.
- Access to personal data within Praxis Hall is restricted to staff who need it for their role.
